Wang Zi Jie is a Chinese actor and TV personality who was born in Jiangsu Province, China. He graduated from Nanjing University of the Arts and made his entertainment industry debut in a variety TV show in 2015. He went on to make his movie debut in 2016, and followed up with his drama debut in 2017. His more recent drama credits include “Arg Life 2” (2019) and “Star-Crossed Lovers” (2022).

Xiao Nai (Jing Bo Ran) is a popular university student and an online gaming whiz. Bei Wei Wei (Angelababy), a computer science major at the same university, plays the same fantasy roleplaying video game. She is the only female player on the leaderboard, but her refusal to share photos leads many players to suspect she isn’t really a woman. The duo’s paths begin to cross repeatedly in the real world and online, and Xiao Nai finds himself falling for Wei Wei. Can he use his gaming talents to make her feel the same way – both virtually and in real life? This movie is based on a novel by Gu Man and was directed by Zhao Tian Yu.
