Kim Jae Seung is a South Korean actor. He was born on August 15, 1983, and made his acting debut in 2003. Since then, he has appeared in various films and television dramas, including “Hong Gil Dong, the Hero!” (2008).

Hong Gil Dong was born as an illegitimate child. As he struggled discrimination while growing up, he became a bandit leader. Feeling frustrated, Gil Dong decides to leave Joseon and go to Qing.
