Syndrome

In the field of medicine, neurosurgery is one of the most demanding, prestigious specialties. Lee Hae Jo (Han Hye Jin) is a first-year neurosurgery resident. Despite her underprivileged upbringing and no-prestige medical education, she is determined to become the best neurosurgeon. Her fellow first-year resident Cha Yeo Wook (Song Chang Eui), on the other hand, graduated from the best medical school and comes from a family of neurosurgeons. His grandfather also happens to be the chairman of the board at Korea University Hospital. Their chief resident is the mysterious Kang Eun Hyun (Park Gun Hyung). When Eun Hyun develops feelings for Hae Jo, the working relationship among the three residents gets a little complicated. “Syndrome” is a 2012 South Korean drama series directed by Lee Sung Joo and Ko Jae Hyun.
