Synopsis
Bo Qiu (Zuo Ye), a fox demon, has watched his beloved Su Xiao Huan (Li Jia Qi) die tragically across nine lifetimes due to a curse. In her latest incarnation, Xiao Huan is impoverished and alone after Bo Qiu destroyed her family. Surviving through her cunning and desire for revenge, she is unexpectedly assigned to the imperial palace, where she reunites with Bo Qiu and surprisingly falls in love with him. As they navigate their complex past and present, they must determine whether they can finally break the curse and find happiness together. This 2023 Chinese drama series was directed by Hui Yu.
