Synopsis
There was a time when Guan Wen (Qin Lan) was an unstoppable force in the workplace. With an uncanny ability to successfully negotiate with the most unreasonable of clients, she quickly rose through the ranks at work. But when she becomes the victim of vicious office attacks by her subordinates, Guan Wen has no choice but to resign.
With her experience, Guan Wen has every confidence that she’ll find another job quickly, but after failing a number of interviews, she begins to have some serious doubts. Starting to feel a little desperate, Guan Wen accepts a position at a failing shopping center. Feeling like a bit of a failure herself, Guan Wen’s spirits sink even further after she has a run-in with her college ex, Ding Ning (Wang Yang). Turning to her two best friends, Chen Xuan Xuan (Liu Yun) and Jing Zhi Qiu (Zhang Meng), for comfort Guan Wen tries to rally her spirits but finds it isn’t easy when all three of them currently seem to be struggling to overcome the challenges of adult life.
Doing their best to support and comfort each other, the three best friends come to find that if life is a battle, they are their own best weapons. With enough determination and perseverance, do these three friends have what it takes to rise victorious once more?
