Synopsis
Yi Ning (actor), an elite businessman, is mysteriously transported to the ancient Wu Dynasty, where he decides to hide his business skills and pursue his dream of becoming a martial arts hero. Landing as the son-in-law of a merchant family, he supports his wife Su Tan Er (actress) in her struggle to maintain their cloth business. As Yi Ning becomes entangled in a fierce battle between the Su family and imperial merchants, he fights tirelessly to protect his new family from powerful enemies. Adapted from the novel "Zuo Son-in-Law" by Fen Nu de Xiang Jiao, this is a 2023 Chinese animated series directed by Hao Chao.
