Miyabi Tachibana (Nakatani Miki) is a successful dermatologist 39-year-old who runs a skincare clinic. She is confident and beautiful, but has not had a boyfriend for five years – although she actually quite enjoys being single. When she attends a school reunion, however, she is overwhelmed by the amount of pity she receives from her former classmates due to the fact that she isn’t married and doesn’t have a boyfriend. This incident leaves her feeling disoriented and somewhat bitter about the comments she heard. Later, she goes to a meeting held in a restaurant where she talks about what happened at the school reunion. But to her surprise, the eatery’s chef-owner Seiji (Naohito Fujiki) states that Miyabi Tachibana isn’t attractive to most men. This comment makes her angry, but also gets her thinking. She decides to seek out his advice in a bid to change her image. But will this decision lead her to love...or disappointment?
