Synopsis
Voice actress Shi Yi (Bai Lu)’s life changes forever when she meets chemistry professor Zhou Sheng Chen (Ren Jia Lun) at an airport. Despite their brief encounter, neither of them can forget each other. Unfortunately, Sheng Chen’s family clay teapot-making business begins to run into trouble, and he agrees to turn his back on his academic career and help out. However, he draws the line at his family’s attempts to force him into an arranged marriage, and instead reaches out to Shi Yi with a proposal. When she agrees, they join forces to save the business from ruin. Do they have what it takes to get the company back on track – and make their relationship a success? This 2021 Chinese drama series was based on a novel by Mo Bao Fei Bao and was directed by Shen Yang and Ben Fang.
