Ru Xiao Lan (Hu Yi Xuan), a modern girl, unexpectedly time-travels to an ancient era after touching a magical five-colored stone, transforming into a cat at the Da Li Temple. There, she encounters Qing Mo Yan (Xu Kai Cheng), a young constable suffering from a mysterious poison. When they accidentally kiss, they discover they can help each other break their respective curses.
