Truth or Dare

Xiao Wan Zi (Li Geng Xi), a street-smart daughter of a performer, unexpectedly finds herself declared a princess and forced into an arranged marriage with Mei San Shao (Huang Jun Jie), who initially resists the union. Simultaneously, Lu Ying Yao (Sun An Ke), the real princess, becomes entangled in an unexpected marriage with bandit Xiao Bao Ye (Ding Jia Wen) after a mistaken identity. Despite their initial reluctance and challenges, these four individuals must navigate their new marital circumstances and discover whether love can bloom from such unlikely beginnings. Adapted from the novel "Wrong Carriage, Right Groom" by Xi Juan, this is a 2021 Chinese historical romantic comedy drama directed by Wai Hong Chui.
