Synopsis
High school friends Ke Ai (Amber An) and Zi Hao (Bruce He) are a mere 100 days away from taking their university entrance exams, and decide to make a bet: if they both get into the same university, she must carry his schoolbag for a year. However, a financial crisis forces Ke Ai to abandon her university dreams and start working to support her family. A decade later, their paths unexpectedly cross again when Ke Ai becomes a market vendor and takes a job at the department store where Zi Hao holds an executive role. Reuniting after years apart, they remember their old bet and the feelings they once shared. Will this chance encounter might help Ke Ai finally achieve her long-postponed academic aspirations and potentially transform their friendship into something more meaningful? This is a 2019 Taiwanese drama series directed by Liu Guang Hui.
