Zhang Yi Xing is a Chinese singer, songwriter and actor. Born on October 7, 1991, he also is known by his stage name Lay as a member of the South Korean-Chinese boy group EXO and its subunit EXO-M. He landed his first acting role at the age of 6 and then won third place in the television talent competition show “Star Academy” in 2005. He debuted with EXO in 2012 and also has released a successful solo mini-album that shot to the top of the charts. Zhang Yi Xing has enjoyed a successful career in music, films and television series, including “The Mystic Nine” (2016) and “The Mystic Nine Tetralogy” (2016).
