Li Nan En (Zhang Tian Ai), a passionate advocate for traditional Chinese culture and architecture, joins an exchange program at Bordeaux University in France. There, she meets Zhou Er Wen (Chen Bolin), a stone-faced architectural genius focused on sustainable high-tech design. Initially at odds with each other's architectural philosophies, they are gradually brought together by their mutual friend Gao Mu (Wu Hao Chen), who helps them recognize the merits of their differing perspectives. As they collaborate on a groundbreaking architectural project, Nan En and Er Wen develop an unexpected friendship that evolves into something deeper.
