Synopsis
In this quirky comedy, Azhai (Bai Shu) unexpectedly finds himself living with two robots, Adam (Leon Li) and Eve (Elvira Cai), who have fallen in love with each other. Initially attempting to create a robot resembling his crush Penny, Azhai is now stuck with these two artificial beings whose relationship complicates his life. A coding malfunction causes Eve to develop multiple personalities, creating further tension and unpredictability in their shared living situation. Despite wanting to get rid of Adam, Azhai recognizes the male robot's exceptional companionship, making their coexistence both challenging and amusing. This is the second season of the Chinese drama series "My Girlfriend's Boyfriend," which originally aired in 2017 and continues to explore the humorous dynamics between humans and advanced robotic technology.
