Yuki Furukawa is one of the most popular young Japanese actors working today. Born on December 18, 1987, in Tokyo, Japan, Yuki Furukawa grew up in Vancouver and New York, making him fluent in both English and Japanese, before returning to Japan to study Engineering at Keio University. He made his acting debut in 2011, and appeared in movies like “High School Debut” (2011) and the drama series “Bitter Sugar” (also 2011). He shot to fame after starring as the humorless genius Naoki Irie in the popular Japanese television drama series “Mischievous Kiss: Love in TOKYO” (2013) and its sequel “Mischievous Kiss 2: Love in TOKYO” (2014-2015) opposite actress Miki Honoka. Yuki Furukawa’s popularity has expanded well beyond Japan, especially into China, where he starred in the web drama “Mysterious Summer,” the first drama series that was jointly produced by Japan and China. He also was the first Japanese actor to hold a fan meeting in Shanghai in 2013. He has since gone on to star in drama titles such as “One Page Love” (2019) and “People Who Don’t Work” (2020).

She was born in Chiba Prefecture, Japan on March 7, 1997 and made her debut in the entertainment world in 2009 when she began working as an exclusive model for the teen fashion magazine, “Love Berry”. She made her acting debut in 2010 in film “Maria Watches Over Us” and the television drama “Clone Baby.” But it was her role as Kotoko Aihara in the popular television series “Mischievous Kiss: Love in TOKYO” (2013) and its sequel “Mischievous Kiss 2: Love in TOKYO” (2014) that catapulted her to superstardom, making her and co-star Yuki Furukawa one of the most popular on-screen couples in Japan. She has also appeared in “Hoping to Give You a Big Hug Tonight” (2018).

Back in high school, a meteorite crashed into Kotoko (Honoka Yahagi)'s home, leaving her with no choice but to move in with classmate Naoki (Yuki Furukawa).
