Jang Hyuk is the stage name of Jung Yong Joon, a popular South Korean actor who is known for his eccentric roles and his raucous laugh. Born on December 20, 1976, he made his acting debut in the 1997 television drama “Models.” He then appeared in the music video for the debut single for popular boy band g.o.d in 1999 and also released his own rap album in 2000 under the name TJ Project. After being cast in his first leading role in 2001, Jang Hyuk has won many acting accolades for his film and television work. Born as Kim Tae Ho on February 9, 1986, Choi Jin Hyuk broke into entertainment in 2006 after he won the grand prize in the reality talent show “Survival Star Audition.” He adopted his stage name in 2010 before his role in the drama “It’s Alright, Daddy’s Daughter.” He also starred in “I Need Romance” (2011) and “Panda and Hedgehog” (2012), but it was his memorable roles of a fierce spirit god in the drama “Gu Family Book” and a moody chaebol in “Heirs” in 2013 that elevated Choi Jin Hyuk to superstardom. Born on November 12, 1988, she was a member of the Korea National Ballet in 2009 after training with the Royal Ballet School in England and at Korea National University of Arts. He made his acting debut in the 2011 historical drama “The Duo.” After signing with JYP Entertainment in 2012, Choi Woo Shik began landing supporting roles in other popular dramas, including “Rooftop Prince” and “Who Are You?” before his breakout turn in the 2014 hit drama “Fated to Love You (aka You Are My Destiny)” as Lee Yoon, Lee Gun’s scheming but then supportive half-brother.
