Troll Factory

When reporter Im Sang Jin (Son Suk Ku) publishes a piece on the tyranny of a giant corporation, his work is denounced online as being fake, and he's suspended from work. He is mysteriously approached by an informant who alleges that there's a secret company dedicated to systematic online manipulation through fake news and ads — a troll factory. When Sang Jin publishes a story about this business, though, his informant disappears. Caught in a precarious position, does Sang Jin have what it takes to take down an enigmatic troll factory? Based on the novel “The Comments Army” by Chang Kang Myoung, this 2024 South Korean crime drama film was directed by Ahn Gooc Jin.
