The Ex-Files 4: Marriage Plan

Close friends Meng Yun (Han Geng) and Yu Fei (Zheng Kai) have reached the age where those around them constantly have marriage on the mind. However, neither of them are there yet: Meng Yun is struggling emotionally after his breakup with his long-term girlfriend, while Yu Fei's girlfriend Ding Dian (Zeng Meng Xue) rejects his suggestion of marriage despite suspecting that she might be pregnant, claiming she's not ready to settle down. Meng Yun's friends and family want to help him find a new partner, setting him up on a series of first dates with mixed results. Meanwhile, Ding Dian moves in with Yu Fei to simulate what marriage might look like for them, but they may not be as compatible as they originally thought. Will Meng Yun and Yu Fei figure out their relationship woes, or are they destined to become bachelors once again? This 2023 Chinese romantic comedy film, directed by Tian Yu Sheng, is the fourth installment of "The Ex-Files" series.
