His role a year later in the 1997 film “No. 3” garnered him the Best New Actor award at the 35th Grand Bell Awards and Best Supporting Actor at the 18th Blue Dragon Film Awards. The Kang family, led by patriarch Kang Dae Gu (Park In Hwan), moves to the mountains to pursue their dream of opening a remote lodge.
