Having recently been released from prison, Mo San Mei (Zhu Yi Long) finds himself facing an uncertain future. As an unmarried thirty-something ex-convict, his father considers him a disgrace to the family and his sister isn’t much better. But despite his father’s disappointment, he still sees fit to give San Mei a chance to turn his life around. Hoping to retire, San Mei’s father decides the time has come to pass the family business along to his wayward son.
