Go Hwan (Ryu Deok Hwan) is a young man who has Lou Gehrig’s disease. His condition is terminal, and his parents’ attempts to cheer him up are valiant, but fail to hit the mark: His mother fusses about his heath, while his father’s attempts to run a marathon with him – pushing Go Hwan all the way in a wheelchair, ending in calamity for all involved. His two closest friends Nam Joon (Kim Dong Young) and Gap Duk (Ahn Jae Hong) resolve to help him enjoy his last days of life. They smuggle him out of the hospital where he has been since the disastrous marathon attempt and take him on a day out to the beach. The trio has a blast by the seaside, but when they return, Go Hwan’s mother is worried that the outing has worsened his health.
Back in the hospital, Go Hwan reveals his last wish to his two friends: He has never had sex in his life and does not want to die “a boy” – but face his death as a “man.” He pleas with his friends to help him have sex with a woman before time runs out. Reluctantly, Nam Joon and Gap Duk agree – but finding a woman who will agree to fulfill his wish turns out to be much harder than they could have ever imagined!
