Detective Chinatown 3

The young, straight-laced and highly analytical Chinese detective Qin Feng (Liu Hao Ran) has been forced into an uneasy partnership with his polar opposite, the noisy and hyperactive Thai investigator Tang Ren (Wang Bao Qiang). After investigating cases in Bangkok and New York, they have now been sent to Tokyo, Japan, where they must get to the bottom of an unusual crime. After the sudden murder of a Japanese mafia kingpin, the chief suspect is one of his rivals, a cool, calculated man named Watanabe (Miura Tomokazu). But Watanabe claims he is innocent of the crime, and wants the detective duo to help him clear his name. The roving investigators agree to look into the case, and are soon sucked into a madcap journey into the underworld, uncovering dark underworld conspiracies...and evidence of the possible involvement of a woman who used to work with the murdered mob boss, his former assistant Anna Kobayashi (Nagasawa Masami). “Detective Chinatown 3” is a 2021 Chinese movie that was directed by Chen Si Cheng.
