Jung Tae Suk (Kim Mu Yeol) is a police officer who is dispatched to the scene of a bloody murder: After two cars collide, one of the motorists brutally kills the other.

This same killer attempts to strike again when his car hits a vehicle being driven by mob boss Jang Dong Soo (Ma Dong Seok). But the gangster manages to fight back against his attacker, although the fight leaves him badly injured.

Jang Dong Soo assumes the incident was part of a plot to kill him, hatched by a rival gang. He orders his henchmen to mobilize.

But Jung Tae Suk comes up with a surprising and unconventional plan. He shows Jang Dong Soo that a devious serial killer is the real perpetrator – and asks Jang Dong Soo to help him bring the villain to justice.

Jang Dong Soo agrees, but only on the condition that if he catches the killer first, he will be free to administer his own form of justice.

Adopted by an American family when he was just a boy, Mark (Ma Dong Seok) hasn’t stepped foot on Korean soil for 30 years. A former arm wrestling champion, he has been supporting himself by working as a bouncer at bars and as a security guard at various big-box stores. Tired of feeling lonely and unfulfilled, Mark allows an old friend of his, Jin Ki (Kwon Yool), to convince him to participate in an upcoming arm wrestling tournament in South Korea. With the promise of an easy victory and the address of the mother who abandoned him all those years ago, Mark finds himself on a plane headed home.

Upon arrival, Jin Ki holds true to his world, giving Mark his biological mother’s address. But Mark isn’t sure he’s ready for this particular meeting. Eventually Mark musters up the courage to visit his mother, only to find that she passed away several years ago. Gone though she may be, Mark soon finds that he’s not entirely without family. Meeting a step-sister he never knew he had, Mark is warmly accepted by the widowed Soo Jin (Han Ye Ri) and her adorable children, Joon Hyung (Choi Seung Hoon) and Joon Hee (Ock Ye Rin).

As Mark spends more time with his sister and her children, he finds the bitter loneliness of his old life slowly melting away. With the support of his new family, Mark prepares for the upcoming tournament, determined to leave an indelible mark on the world of professional arm wrestling.

We are the Champions 

Fund manager Seok Woo (Gong Yoo) lives in Seoul and is separated from his wife.

His life is his work, and he spends relatively little time with his young daughter, who misses him very much.

She asks him to grant him a birthday wish – to take her to the seaside city of Busan. He agrees and decides to take her out for the day on the KTX, a high-speed express train that links some of South Korea’s biggest cities.

They board the train, along with a number of fellow passengers, including a young couple who are expecting a baby, a homeless man, and the members of a high school baseball team.

One more passenger also boards, just as the train is preparing to pull out of the station – a flesh-eating zombie!

The zombie bites and infects a member of the train’s crew, and together the two zombies run rampant on the KTX, turning a large number of the passengers into zombies, too.

Outside the train, things are even worse. A full-blown zombie pandemic is raging, and many cities fall to the flesh-eaters.

The South Korean military manages to establish a safe haven in Busan – so Seok Woo and the other non-zombie survivors must pool their wits if they are to escape the train without getting infected!

Can Seok Woo bring his daughter to safety?

One man is on a mission to avenge the death of his family members.

Dolmuchi (Ha Jung Woo) is a butcher, which is considered the lowest class, in the Joseon Dynasty. In a society where a person’s status is purely determined by his or her birth, Jo Yoon (Kang Dong Won) is born into a wealthy family. But because his mother was a concubine, Jo Yoon’s illegitimacy gives him no standing in society or his family.

Jo Yoon hires Dolmuchi to kill the pregnant wife of his dead stepbrother so that he can become a legitimate heir, but when Dolmuchi is not able to go through with the killing, Jo Yoon has Dolmuchi’s family killed instead.

The devastated Dolmuchi takes on the name Dochi and joins Ttaeng Choo (Lee Kyung Young) and Dae Ho (Lee Sung Min) in a band of outlaws known as Kundo. The bandits go after wealthy tyrants who prey on the poor by stealing from the rich and giving back to the poor. But can Dochi avenge his family’s death when he comes face-to-face with Jo Yoon again?
