In a time of great unrest at the end of the Warring States period, Jing Ke (Le Geng) attempts to assassinate King Zheng of Qin and fails. Among them is Rong Duan Mu (Michelle Chen), the skilled Mohist doctor and Gao Yue’s older sister, with whom Gai falls in love. But when King Zheng sends a massive group of elite troops and Wei brings his own tram of swordsmen assassins, the epic battle that ensues at Mohist Fortress will determine the next king. “The Legend of Qin” is a 2015 Chinese historical drama series directed by Zheng Wei Wen. It is adapted from China’s No.1 martial arts animation film by the same title.

“The Legend of the Condor Heroes” is a 2008 Chinese drama series directed by Lee Kwok Lap. It is based on a wuxia novel written by Louis Cha, which is the first part of the Condor Trilogy. It was followed by The Return of the Condor Heroes and The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber, both of which were also adapted into television dramas.

It is a remake of the popular Korean dramas “Iljimae” (2008) and “The Return of Iljimae” (2009).

It is a 2005 television series adaptation of the Taiwanese role-playing game “The Legend of Sword and Fairy.” It was followed in 2009 by the sequel “Chinese Paladin 3,” which takes place 50 years earlier in chronological history. There was no “Chinese Paladin 2.”
