Woo Jin is a young man who works as a furniture designer. He has a great life with the woman he loves, Yi Soo (Han Hyo Joo), if it weren’t for one little problem.

Every morning, Woo Jin wakes up to discover that he is inhabiting a different body. It could be the body of a young, good-looking man (Do Ji Han), a portly everyman (Kim Dae Myung), a middle-aged man (Bae Sung Woo), an old man (Chun Young Woon) or even a beautiful young woman (Park Shin Hye)!

Every time Woo Jin wakes up in a new body, he has to figure out where he is and how he can find his way back to Yi Soo, who is always waiting for him. Will there be a day that Woo Jin can’t find his way back?

“The Beauty Inside” is a 2015 South Korean film directed by Baik. It is based on the 2012 American social film by the same title directed by Drake Doremus.

Baek Sang Ah (Han Ji Min), aka Miss Baek, is a former convict who was convicted after protecting herself from abuse. Due to her troubled past, she grew up closed off from the rest of the world. However, after her release from prison, she comes across Ji Eun (Kim Si Ah), who is also suffering from a similar situation. When she begins to see herself in the young girl, Miss Baek slowly opens up to her and vows to fight for and save Ji Eun, even if it means risking her own life.

An entertainment reporter for a local magazine, Fang Miao Miao (Mabel Yuan) is always on the lookout for the next big story. A university student, majoring in engineering, Hwi So (Ji Il Joo) isn’t really one to stand out in a crowd. On her deathbed, Soo Ah (Son Ye Jin) makes a promise to her husband, Woo Jin (So Ji Sub) and her son, Ji Ho (Kim Ji Hwan), that she will return to them a year after her passing. Wishing, rather than believing she would keep her word, Woo Jin and Ji Ho say their final farewells. With broken hearts, they do their best to pick up the pieces of their old life and try to move on.

A year later, the unbelievable happens. True to her word, Soo Ah returns home, the problem is, she has no recollection of her past life. With no idea of who she was or what Woo Jin and Ji Ho meant to her, Soo Ah does her best to find a place in their lives once again. Eventually settling into this new life, Soo Ah and her family experience happiness in ways they never dreamed would be possible again. But their happiness is short-lived.

Only able to stay with Woo Jin and Ji Ho for a short while, Soo Ah soon realizes that her time at home is quickly coming to an end. With hearts breaking all over again, Soo Ah must say goodbye to her family, only this time it’s forever.

Adapted from Takuji Ichikawa’s novel of the same name, “Be With You” is a 2018 romantic fantasy drama film directed by Lee Jang Hoon.
