In the 980s, former Later Han general Yang Ye pledges allegiance to Emperor Taizong of the Song dynasty. Yang leads his family and followers to defend Song from invaders of the Khitan Liao Dynasty. Having served Song for years, the Yangs are viewed as an honorable, courageous, and patriotic clan that protects the nation from foreign invasion.

Unfortunately, at the Battle of Golden Beach, the Yangs fall into a conspiracy trap, which concludes with the death of Yang Ye and four of his sons, and another son becoming a prisoner-of-war. Yang's last two surviving sons, Yang Yanzhao and Yang Yande, must continue their family's legacy to bring peace and prosperity to Song, in addition to seeking vengeance on the conspirators.

In a time of great unrest at the end of the Warring States period, Jing Ke (Le Geng) attempts to assassinate King Zheng of Qin and fails. Among them is Rong Duan Mu (Michelle Chen), the skilled Mohist doctor and Gao Yue’s older sister, with whom Gai falls in love. But when King Zheng sends a massive group of elite troops and Wei brings his own tram of swordsmen assassins, the epic battle that ensues at Mohist Fortress will determine the next king. “The Legend of Qin” is a 2015 Chinese historical drama series directed by Zheng Wei Wen. It is adapted from China’s No.1 martial arts animation film by the same title.

After being found in 918, the kingdom of Goryeo faced a critical existential crisis when the powerful Yuan dynasty tried to subjugate them. In the fictional setting of this drama, a warrior living in the timeline of Goryeo meets a plastic surgeon living in the present day. The plastic surgeon gets kidnapped by the warrior who got an order from the king to find a doctor who can cure the fatally injured queen. The two individuals who were not meant to coexist are brought together to fight their way through the ordeals on the land of Goryeo. The warrior makes a promise that he will return her to her world, but a scheming royal advisor persuades the king to force the surgeon to stay as she can be useful to him. There, the surgeon falls in love with the warrior who is the leader of the royal guard. In this era of change and chaos, love that transcends time and space blooms.
