Ryoo Seung Wan

When a professor's death is linked to a series of previous murders, veteran detective Seo Do Cheol (Hwang Jung Min) and the Violent Crimes Investigation Unit take on the case. However, they can't seem to move fast enough, as the killer, known as "Haechi," taunts them by releasing teasers of future victims, all of whom have previously harmed others in some way, stirring up panic among the public. As Do Cheol's team continues to investigate, they bring on rookie detective Park Sun Woo (Jung Hae In), whose dedication to justice rivals even Do Cheol's. Can Do Cheol and Sun Woo's combined crime-solving skills find Haechi before more victims are found? This is the sequel to the 2015 film "Veteran."
