Ge Qiu Gu

Software developer Song Ling Ling (Zhou Jie Qiong) is working on the final stages of a new VR game called "Metaverse of Love." She and her team are almost done with the game and are in the middle of completing their final tests before the game officially launches when a mysterious software bug causes an NPC to gain control of Ling Ling's body – in the real world! CEO Xiao Ran (Ge Qiu Gu), whose company invested heavily in the game's production, is ordered to fix the problem so Metaverse of Love can hit the market, otherwise he risks losing his job. While Ling Ling and the NPC fight for control of her body, Xiao Ran discovers that Ling Ling's personality switches after she falls asleep, so he asks her to live with him while they try to debug the issue... and this proximity brings them closer in more ways than one. Can they work together to fix the game? And could they possibly find love together in real life? This 2024 Chinese drama was directed by Wang Feng.
