Ja Wang (Jung Sang Hoon), the head of Onghwa Village, is witty and gets along with the nosy people. Having pride and passion for his job, saying it's national affairs, there is one thing he has pride for and that is his virility! Giving birth to three healthy baby boys right after getting married, Ja Wang feels bad for his burdened wife Shin Ae (Jeon Hye Bin), but wanting a daughter that fully resembles his wife, he waits for the opportunity to make that history. He is happy to hear of his wife's pregnancy but finds out this time it's not a daughter but a son. The curse doesn't stop there. Unable to bear any longer, Shin Ae suggests a vasectomy! To make things worse, his childhood friend Deok Sam (Lee Joong Ok) also begins to covet his village head position. He now knows what it feels like for "Baekgu," the neighborhood Casanova dog that will be getting neutered.

Chi Ho (Yoo Hae Jin) is a fortysomething confectionery researcher who’s gifted with an incredible sense of taste – and not much else! He also has to deal with his boss Byeong Hoon (Jin Sun Kyu), a narcissist with lofty ambitions.

This mundane life changes very quickly for Chi Ho, however, when he meets single mom Il Young (Kim Hee Sun). He falls in love at first sight… Il Young is also in her 40s, and has all but given up on the idea of finding love again. Doh Il Chul (Park Jung Min) is the son of a famous gambler, and a young student preparing to take the civil service entrance exam.
However, he also lives a double life, as a successful poker player in an underground casino.

Life takes an unexpected turn when he meets an attractive woman called Madonna (Choi Yu Hwa). He develops a crush on her but discovers that she owes a debt to a rich man.

Doh Il Chul later meets this man and challenges him to a game of poker – hoping to win Madonna’s heart in the process. Unfortunately, he loses spectacularly, and ends up knee-deep in debt, with loan sharks closing in.

In steps One Eyed Jack (Ryu Seung Bum), a former associate of Doh Il Chul’s father.

He agrees to pay off the loan sharks on one condition: Doh Il Chul must join a gang of elite gamblers in an audacious bid to plot to steal a small fortune from a wealthy business magnate.

Will One Eyed Jack’s plan prove to be a success, or will the gamblers’ plans come to naught?

“Tazza: One Eyed Jack” is a 2019 South Korean movie, based on a comic strip illustrated by Huh Young Man and written by Kim Se Young, and directed by Kwon Oh Kwang.
