Rikka Ihara is a Japanese actress. She was born on June 12, 1999, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan, and made her acting debut in 2018. Since then, she has appeared in a variety of films, television programs, and dramas, including “The Land Beyond the Starry Sky” (2021).
