Day (Lee Long Shi) and Itt (Frank Thanatsaran Samthonglai) have been in a loving relationship for three years, with Day constantly showering Itt with affection. When Itt falls sick, he demands Day bring him a cake, which Day agrees to despite his other commitments. Tragically, Day is involved in a serious accident that erases his memory of the past three years, including his entire relationship with Itt.
