Kokoro Yamihara (Mitsuki Takahata), a leading entertainment magazine reporter, first met police officer Toramatsu Asada (Kei Tanaka) one night when he was drunk, causing her to miss a potential scoop. Despite this rocky start, they soon became lovers and now dream of marriage. However, their relationship is complicated by Toramatsu's unresolved past love life and Kokoro's dark family secret. As they struggle to be honest with each other, a series of mysterious murders occurs, with victims found with their blood completely drained. The couple must navigate their personal challenges while also investigating these gruesome killings. This is a 2023 Japanese drama series directed by Toichiro Ruto and Ko Kanai.
