Bai Yu Fan is a Chinese actor. He was born on May 19, 1995, in Xi'an, Xiaxi, China, and made his acting debut in 2019. Since then, he has appeared in a variety of films and television dramas, including “Stand By Me” (2023).

During the reign of Emperor Wanli (1572-1620) of the Ming Dynasty, the region of Jiangnan is turned upside down by a gruesome spate of killings. The murderer leaves corpses in strange poses, leaving cryptic notes as “clues” at the scene of the crime each time. To make matters even more mysterious, the victims all appear unconnected with one another – although the killer seems to be the same person in each instance.

The disciple of the first of this serial killer’s victims is a young man named Qu San Geng (Bai Yu Fan). With the help of a small group of associates, he tries to get to the bottom of the murders. But as they start to investigate, incidents that took place a decade ago come to light once more. There are also signs that a mysterious and evil puppet master is pulling the strings in the background. Can Qu San Geng find – and stop – the killer...and solve the mystery?

Growing up in the 1990s, Luo Qi Qi (Zhao Jin Mai) had a rather unique school career. Having survived her lonely elementary years, she moved into a rather chaotic phase during middle school.
