Nuttarat Tangwai, also known as Lee No Eul, is a Thai-Korean actor. He was born on May 18, 1999, and made his acting debut in 2022. Since then, he has appeared in a handful of television specials, variety shows, and dramas, including “Love in the Air” (2022).

Despite his many charms, Rain (Noeul Nuttarat Tangwai) has never been able to capture the attention of the only girl he has ever liked.
