Tan Xiao Fan is a Chinese actress who was born on April 27, 1998, in Jining, Shandong Province, China. She graduated from the Central Academy of Drama, where she majored in Broadcasting. She debuted in the 2018 drama “Stop! My Lord Governor.” She has since gone on to appear in dramas such as “The Blessed Girl” (2021) and “So Funny Youth” (2022).
