Tang Zeng is a Chinese actor. He was born on October 13, 1985, and made his acting debut in 2011. Since then, he has appeared in a variety of television dramas, including “The Story of Xing Fu” (2021).

He Ran (Xu Ruo Han) is an eighteen-year-old aspiring painter from a wealthy and conservative family. He Xing Fu (Zhao Li Ying), whose name means "happiness", experiences a tumultuous life filled with unexpected challenges.
