Ji Nam Hyuk is a South Korean actor. He was born on July 15, 1983 and made his acting debut in 2008. Since then, he has appeared in a variety of films and television dramas, including “Daddy is Back” (2016), “Dali and Cocky Prince” (2021), and “The Grotesque Mansion” (2021).

As a young boy, Moo Hak grew up in the market as a peddler. Although he is ignorant, he is strong-willed and knows how to make money. He is now the managing director of Dondon F and B, a global restaurant chain that his family started as a small gamjatang diner. However, he isn't dignified and only cares about money. Jung Ji Woo (Sung Joon) is a web-based cartoon (webtoon) artist whose debut title fell flat. He is dating Da Hye (Kim Bo Ra) and the two are looking forward to spending his birthday together. But Jung Ji Woo is determined to ensure that his follow-up effort fares better than his first, so decides to look for some “real-world” inspiration. He has heard talk that a nearby apartment block named Gwang Lim Mansion is haunted, and that terrible incidents have occurred there, so decides to investigate. When he arrives, he runs into the apartment block’s ex-caretaker (Kim Hong Fa). The latter agrees to let Jung Ji Woo interview him, and the man starts to tell a series of increasingly macabre and spooky tales of things that happened to the block’s former residents.

He begins by telling Jung Ji Woo the story of a tormented author who craves peace and quiet, but can never seem to escape the noise. There is also the story of a pharmacist and her sordid affair with a married woman – a story that ends in mystery and murder! Further, there is the story of a property agent whose companion, a doll, appears to have come to life! Two students living together then find themselves living in an increasingly rotten room. And finally, the final story centers around the caretaker himself – and his ghastly secret identity. Will the horror overwhelm Jung Ji Woo, or will a late intervention from Da Hye save the day?

Hopelessly stuck in a dreary life, Dong Goo (Jo Dong Hyuk) eaks out a meager living working at a job agency. In serious debt to a rather unsavory group of characters, Dong Goo is constantly being hounded by low-level thugs who’ve come to collect their boss’ money. With no way of paying the gang boss back, Dong Goo knows it’s only a matter of time before these thugs find other ways to collect what they’re owed.

As luck would have it, Dong Goo finds himself stumbling upon a bankbook which belongs to that very same gang boss. With over a billion won in the ledger, Dong Goo sees this fortunate find as a way to turn his entire life around. There’s just one problem: he has no idea what the account’s PIN might be. Fortunately, he knows someone who does. Traveling to Busan, Dong Goo seeks out his first love, Ae Sook (Hong Ah Reum), but when he gets there, he finds her unconscious. Unsure what to do next, fate smiles upon Dong Goo once again as it leads him to&nbsp;cross paths with Ae Sook’s son, Bok Ki (Jo Won Bin), and his grandmother, Geum Soon (Lee Yong Nyeo).&nbsp;

Convinced Dong Goo is his father, Bok Ki invites him to stay with them while he’s in town. Seeing this as a convenient way to get the information he needs, Dong Goo accepts. Settling into this temporary life of domesticity, will Dong Goo find the information he so desperately wants or will he come to find that some things in life are far more important than money?
