Nha Thanh Lam is a Vietnamese actor who was born on March 20, 1995, in Tien Giang, Vietnam. He graduated from the Post and Telecommunication Institute of Technology in 2017, majoring in Electronics and Communications Engineering. After a brief spell in the hotel industry, he began an acting career, starring in films such as 2020’s “The Drama Queen” and “Thick Blood” (2021).

Hang Duong (Huong Giang) is a movie and drama series stuntman who has always dreamed of becoming a woman – although he is somewhat nervous about having the required surgery. The question of transitioning has been moot for him, as the surgery is prohibitively expensive. But when he one day is witness to a bloody gangland murder, he finds himself on the run from dangerous mobsters. 

As the gangsters close in, he realizes that if she changes gender, he may avoid detection. So he plucks up the courage and has the operation. Now a beautiful woman, she is happy, but trouble strikes again as her father is taken ill. She must raise the money required to pay off the medical bills, so decides to join a beauty contest – in the hope of winning a lucrative grand prize. But returning to the public area leads the gangsters she was trying to escape from to return – in a bid to do away with the witness to their crimes once and for all...
