Kim Jong Seob is a South Korean singer, model, and actor who was born on November 19, 2005, in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. He made his entertainment industry debut in the 2016 audition-based reality TV show “K-pop Star 6,” and in 2017 appeared in his first major commercial. In 2020, he joined the all-male K-pop group P1Harmony, and appeared in the movie “P1H: The Beginning of a New World” (2020), along with the rest of his groupmates.

In 2020, the world is in the grip of an existential crisis when an extraterrestrial virus spreads through global populations, causing anyone who catches it to be overcome with wrath and violence. Tensions boil up, with society edging toward the very brink of collapse. The world is in need of otherworldly heroes – and, fortunately, they are at hand. They come from far and wide – from across the galaxy, in fact. Some hail from Alkaid, the easternmost star in the Big Dipper, also called the “hope star.” Others come from Alcor, a dim star close to the Big Dipper. It is commonly known as the devil’s star – due to the fact that some earthlings believe anyone who could make it out would soon die.

The six heroes (the members of the K-pop all-male group P1Harmony) need to travel through time and space to arrive on Earth. When they arrive, they will have to find and harness a unique superpower that will help them fight the forces of evil and restore light to the world. These incredible powers include the ability to teleport, telekinesis, and more. But do these young heroes really have what it takes to survive the ordeals that lay in store for them on what has become of Earth?

“P1H: The Beginning of a New World” is a 2020 South Korean movie that was written and directed by Yoon Hong Seung.
