Liu Hai Kuan, also known as Hill Liu, is a Chinese actor. He was born in Changchun, Jilin, China, on August 3, 1994, and made his acting debut in 2016. Since then, he has appeared in various films and television dramas, including “The Untamed” (2019), “The Long Ballad” (2021), “Mirror: A Tale of Twin Cities” (2022), and “Yong An Dream” (2024).
