Hirokuni Watari (Shunya Kaneko) is an office worker on the brink of burnout due to his stressful job and demanding boss. With no time to eat properly or get enough sleep, his health starts to deteriorate. One exhausting day, he collapses on the sidewalk, where he is recognized by his childhood friend, Kai Fukaya (Kouta Nomura).
