Duan Bo Wen is a Chinese actor. He was born on April 14, 1987, in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, and made his acting debut in 2007. Since then, he has appeared in a variety of films and television dramas, including “Almost Human” (2020).

After taking a position as a table tennis coach in Italy, Dai Min Jia (Deng Chao) thought all his ties with China’s men’s national table tennis team had been severed. Having retired from the team at the age of twenty-four, Min Jia has put that part of his life behind him. But when he’s approached with an offer to coach his former team, he finds it hard to say no.

Hesitant to take on the task of coaching a team on a heavy downward spiral, Min Jia isn’t sure coaching China’s team is worth the trouble. But with his wife Wang Ying (Sun Li) heavily pregnant, he decides it’s time to leave Italy and settle back down in his home country. Taking the job, Min Jia sets about the nearly impossible task of breaking the team’s losing streak and getting them back on their feet.&nbsp;

Determined to create a singularly perfect being, a mad scientist (An Hu) sets out to do just that. Endowing a highly developed humanoid robot with a sympathetic nervous system, the scientist hopes his new creation will satisfy all of his own personal desires. However, all of the scientist’s plans are waylaid after he learns that the robot (Ma Yu Jie) has somehow developed its own autonomous consciousness.&nbsp;

Attached to its creator, the sentient robot wishes to understand what it means to love, and sets out to do just that; but its methods are unorthodox at best. Killing a young woman and using her skin as a disguise, the robot (Mi Mi) assimilates seamlessly into the human world. Not long after, she meets Wang Sheng (Duan Bo Wen) and his girlfriend, Su Xin (Bea Hayden). Hoping to learn from the couple what it means to love, the robot kidnaps Su Xin and takes her place alongside Wang Sheng. Despite growing closer to Wang Sheng, the robot Su Xin is still no closer to understanding love.&nbsp;

As the robot attempts to unravel the mysteries of the human heart, the local police department, led by Detective Li Dong Bin (Liu Yi Wei), attempts to unravel the mystery surrounding the recent string of bizarre murders that seem to be targeting beautiful women. Will the police be able to stop this unusual killer before it strikes again?
