Wen Zhuo is a Chinese actor who was born in Jilin, Jilin Province, China, on November 30, 1989. He made his acting debut in 2012, when he appeared in the sci-fi drama series “Battle Strike Team: Giant Saver,” following up later the same year with the series “Heirs from the Stars.” He made his big-screen debut in 2013, when he starred in the film release “Struggle.” He has since gone on to star in movies such as “The Girl 2” (2015), “Bad Cop” (2016), and 2020’s “Double-faced Fox.”

During the Yunsheng Dynasty, an ailing Emperor orders Princess Sheng Ning (Jin You Mei) to marry General Bai Yi (Wen Zhou) against her wishes. She loves a noble Prince, but the Emperor insists that the marriage he ordered goes ahead. The Princess attempts to escape and run away with the Prince. But her efforts come to naught when the General captures her. She threatens to kill herself if the General does not let her be, so he agrees to sleep in a separate bedroom – although her cousin Bei Jin (Wen Meng Yang) seems intent on seducing him. A man of honor, he is intent on staying true to his wife. He also discovers that the Emperor, who has since died, lost his life in mysterious circumstances.

But then powerful demons step onto the scene, intent on wreaking havoc on the realm. One is a fearsome fox spirit who succeeds in possessing the body of one of the young women. But soon, the Princess finds herself in mortal danger – with only Bai Yi able to save her from a terrible fate!

“Double-Faced Fox” is a 2020 Chinese movie that was directed by Wen Zhou.
