Cindy Chi, also known as Ji Xin Ling, is a Taiwanese actress. She was born on October 6, 2001 and made her acting debut in 2005. Since then, she has appeared in various films and television dramas, including “HIStory 3: Make Our Days Count” (2019) and “HIStory 4: Close to You” (2021).
