After splitting up with her boyfriend, down-on-her-luck painter Zheng Xue Jing (Liu Xin Qi) accidentally joins a contest involving a precious silk screen. A magician grants her a moment of clarity, leading her to draw three male foxes that miraculously come to life. The foxes - a dashing red fox (Luo Yun Xi), a kind-hearted white fox (Huang Jun Jie), and a fun-loving black fox (Wang Chao Yang) - now believe Zheng Xue Jing to be their master. They vow to help her become the first female painter appointed to the imperial court, promising magical adventures and unexpected challenges along the way. As Zheng Xue Jing becomes entangled in their mystical world, she must navigate the unique personalities and magical abilities of her newfound fox companions. This is a 2016 Chinese fantasy drama series that was directed by Zhou Hai Jun.
