Zhang Yu Qi is a Chinese actor who was born on August 19, 1999. He studied in the Drama Department of the Beijing Film Academy. He made his debut in the 2018 period drama “Buried City to Shut All Lights.” He has followed more recently up with roles in “The Oath of Love” (2020) and “Qing Qing Zi Jin” (2020).

Kukai (Sometani Shota) is a Japanese monk who has traveled to the Chang’an, the Tang Dynasty’s capital, to study an important Buddhist work.
