Cha Rae Hyung is a South Korean actor. He was born on June 16, 1984 and made his acting debut in 2007. Since then, he has appeared in numerous films and television dramas, including “Queen of Mystery” (2017), “Room No. 9” (2018), “Soul Driver” (2018), and “My Fellow Citizens!” (2019.

Kang Do Chang (Son Hyun Joo) and Oh Ji Hyeok ( Jang Seung Jo) are detectives in the South Korean port city of Incheon. But they are polar opposites: While the former is a grizzled veteran of almost two decades who uses his experience and personal connections to crack cases, Oh Ji Hyeok is his foil. Instead, he is cool, calculating, and prefers to delve into criminals’ minds to look for clues.
