Cha Seung Woo, also known as Cha Cha, is a South Korean singer and actor. He was born on July 27, 1978 and made his debut in the entertainment world 1996 as a member of the punk rock band, No Brain. In 2008, he made his acting debut and has appeared in a handful of films since, including “Go Go 70s” (2008).

In the oppressive South Korea of the 1970s, Sang Kyu (Cho Seung Woo), a talented vocalist, and Man Shik (Cha Seung Woo), a guitarist, form a rock band called the "Devils" to break free from their monotonous lives. After winning a rock band contest and securing a regular gig at the "Nirvana" club, the group becomes overnight stars. However, they soon face overwhelming obstacles and oppression that threaten to destroy their dreams. Determined to resist despair, Sang Kyu plans a final, emotion-filled concert that could potentially ignite a nation-wide revolution. This is a 2008 South Korean musical drama film directed by Choi Ho, inspired by real-life events of the 1970s.
