Shin Rin A, is a South Korean actress. She was born on May 14, 2009 and made her acting debut in 2014. Since then, she has appeared in numerous films and television dramas, including “The Legend of the Blue Sea” (2016), “The Mimic” (2017), and “Defendant” (2017).

Hee Yeon (Yum Jung Ah) struggles with the devastating loss of her toddler son, Jun Seo, while caring for her mother battling dementia. Seeking solace, she moves her family to a tranquil countryside home near the woods where her mother grew up. Her hope for healing is disrupted when she discovers a lost little girl in the forest and impulsively brings her home, hearing echoes of her lost son in the child's voice. As inexplicable and disturbing events begin to unfold around her family, Hee Yeon grows increasingly suspicious of the girl's true nature, questioning whether she might be something inhuman. Inspired by the legend of Jangsan Tiger, "The Mimic" is a 2017 South Korean horror-thriller film directed by Heo Jung.
