Liu Wei Chen is an up-and-coming Taiwanese actor who was born on July 8, 1998. He first made a name for himself when he appeared in the drama series “HIStory 3: Make Our Days Count” (2019), playing a streetwise fitness fanatic who develops feelings for a local convenience store manager.
